About Vision Beach
5-bedroom villa in Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos
Five bedrooms on Grace Bay, with a heated pool, a home theater and a wine cellar. The listing sets capacity at ten adults and four children, with bunks in two rooms.
- 2.8 guests per bedroom, and a bathroom for every bedroom.
Who it suits
A good fit for
- Two families with young children: the bunks keep kids near their parents.
- Kiteboarders. The listing adds access to a private kite facility on Long Bay.
- A family that wants a chef and a butler in a smaller house.
Look elsewhere if
- You have 14 adults. The listing caps adults at ten.
- You want a very large house. This is among the smaller homes on the beach.

Why it stands out
- Right on the sand: OpenStreetMap shows it about 30 ft (9 m) from the map point, and a path runs from the pool terrace to a beach deck.
- Heated water: The pool is heated and has a built-in hot tub, which matters in January.
- Rainy days: The theater and the massage room are indoors.
Good to know
- Two of the bedrooms use a bathroom next door instead of an en-suite.
- Over Christmas the listing accepts Sunday to Sunday stays only.
- Tennis and pickleball are communal, not private.
- Minimum stay of 7 nights for a stay from 13 Mar 2027.
