No homes on this page match that filter.
Companies use the Grace Bay name for most of the north shore. When we mapped the homes on this page (October 31, 2026), nearly all of them were at one end of the bay or the other, and the two ends make for different trips.
The east end runs toward Leeward. Homes there are 21 to 25 minutes from the airport and 8 to 12 minutes by car from Regent Village, in the middle of the bay. One of the marked swim zones lies off this stretch, and Emerald Point, a mapped kiteboarding site, is close by.
The west end sits by Turtle Cove and The Bight, 10 to 13 minutes from the airport. Smith’s Reef and Babalua Reef, both mapped for snorkeling from the beach, are within about a third of a mile of these homes in a straight line. Regent Village is 11 to 13 minutes away by car.
Restaurants, shops and the Graceway Gourmet supermarket are grouped around Regent Village and Grace Bay Road. From either end, plan on driving to dinner.
Grace Bay suits a first trip, and families who want children swimming inside the buoys. Hotels front much of the sand, and the beach is public like every beach in the islands, so expect people to walk past the house.
For wind and shallow water, Long Bay is about 10 minutes away. Leeward has the docks and marinas, and Chalk Sound has a quiet lagoon, 27 minutes from the middle of Grace Bay. Where to stay in Turks and Caicos compares every area.
Your stay
A bedroom for every family, and one pool, one terrace and one long table where the whole group comes together.
Seventy-five of our homes sit right on the sand, so the day starts with a swim and ends with the sunset from the garden.
Nearly every house has a private pool, some with an infinity edge that runs into the view of the sea.
In staffed homes, a housekeeper, a butler or a private chef looks after the house, so the only plan is to enjoy the day.
About 17 minutes and 8 miles (12 km) to the middle of the bay, without traffic. Homes at the west end, by Turtle Cove, are 10 to 13 minutes from the terminal, and homes at the east end, toward Leeward, are 21 to 25.
From the middle of the bay, around Regent Village and Grace Bay Road, yes. Most homes on this page are at either end, 8 to 13 minutes away by car, so rent one, since Uber and Lyft don’t operate in Turks and Caicos.
Yes, at the west end: Smith’s Reef and Babalua Reef lie off the sand near Turtle Cove, and Coral Gardens is off The Bight. Government maps show no beach snorkeling points in the middle of the bay.
It has more marked swim zones than any other part of Providenciales. White buoys show where to swim, and boats have to come in through lanes marked in red and green. Check the listing for how far the house is from the sand.
Grace Bay for marked swimming and restaurants nearby. Long Bay, about 10 minutes away, faces southeast and has shallow water with wind for kiteboarding. Leeward, about 8 minutes east, has the boat channel and its marinas.
It’s public, like every beach in the islands under the government’s beach access policy. A beachfront house gives you direct access to the sand, and anyone can walk along it.
Less than most of the islands we follow. In our satellite series since 2018, the sargassum signal around Providenciales is lower than at 15 of the 21 destinations we track. It’s lowest from November to June and peaks in August (sargassum season by island). The series covers the waters around the island, not single beaches.
Vacation rentals pay the 12% hotel and tourism tax. The price at the top of this page already counts the fees and taxes the company lists, and each listing shows what costs extra.
