About Gladori
Gladori is an independent guide to private villas in the Caribbean. We compare homes that rental companies list, then send you to the company to book.
What we do
We read the listings that rental companies publish and keep the whole houses that meet our filter. Each one gets a page in the same format: who lists it, its size, what the listing names and the price for a stated stay, when the company publishes its fees and taxes.
We also add what a listing rarely gives you:
- Road times from the house to the airport, beaches and shops, calculated from map data when we have its position or area.
- How the house compares with the other homes in its destination on bedrooms, capacity and rate per guest.
- Questions worth asking the company before you book, such as whether the pool is heated or how often housekeeping comes.
What we cover today
- 608 homes in 5 destinations: St. Barts, Turks and Caicos, Jamaica, Barbados and Anguilla.

- Services that go with a stay, such as private chefs, yacht charters and charter flights, from independent providers.
What we don’t do
Gladori doesn’t own or manage any home, and we haven’t visited the homes we list. Bookings and payments happen with the company named on the listing, under its terms.
We don’t live in these destinations either. Local facts come from the companies, official sources and map data.
Who runs Gladori
Gladori is an independent publisher run by Presagio Group. No rental company or booking platform owns it.
The companies we list can pay us a commission when you book through our links. How we’re paid explains when and how.
Corrections
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact form. Include the page address and what should change.
We check it against the company’s listing. If it’s wrong, we fix the page and change its date.
