These terms apply when you use Gladori. By using the site, you accept them.
Who we are
Gladori is run by Presagio Group. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Gladori.
What the site is
Gladori is a comparison site. We publish information about homes and services that independent rental companies and providers offer. We aren’t a travel agent or a booking platform, and we’re not a party to any booking.
Bookings
You book with the company named on the listing, under that company’s terms. That company is responsible for the house or the service, the payment, any deposit and any refund.
Questions about a booking go to that company. We can’t change, cancel or confirm a reservation.
Information on the site
We take care to keep listings accurate, and each house page shows the date its price was checked. Prices, availability and details can still change after that date, and the company’s own site has the final word. Confirm what matters to you there before you pay.
Facts about destinations, such as road times and local rules, are general information. They’re not legal, tax or travel advice.
Affiliate links
Some links pay us a commission, and some companies pay us for requests sent from the site. How we’re paid explains how.
Requests you send
When you send a request, you agree that we pass it to the companies it names or that match it, as the form says. Send only accurate information, and only your own or information you’re allowed to share.
Content and data
- The text, design and our own calculations on Gladori belong to us. You can quote or link to them with credit to Gladori.
- Photos of homes belong to their owners or the companies that list them, and appear with their permission.
- Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.
Copying the site’s listings or data in bulk, by hand or with automated tools, isn’t allowed without our written permission.
Other sites
We link to rental companies and other sites so you can check their pages. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Gladori isn’t liable for losses that arise from a booking made with a third party, from a service a provider gives you, or from relying on information on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the laws of Argentina.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
