Privacy policy

This policy covers the data Gladori handles when you visit the site or send a form, who receives it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who is responsible

Gladori is run by Presagio Group. For anything about your data, write to us through the contact form.

What we collect

Forms

When you send a form, we receive what you type in it:

  • Trip requests: destination, dates, number of guests, the service you asked about, what matters most to you and your email.
  • Questions about a house: your name, email, dates, number of guests and your question.
  • Messages through the contact page: your name, email and message.

With each form we also receive the page you sent it from and how long the form was open. We use both only to spot automated spam.

Visits

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the pages viewed, the site you came from, your country and browser type, and load times. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage, and it doesn’t build a profile of you.

Saved homes

The homes you save stay in your own browser and never reach us.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request or message. A house question goes to the company that lists the house, and a trip request to the companies that match it. You agree to that with the checkbox before you send it.
  • To keep the site working and safe from spam and abuse.
  • To see which pages are read, so we know what to improve.

We share a request only with the companies the form names or that match it, after you tick the box, and they can pay us for it (how we’re paid).

We don’t sell your data to anyone else, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who receives it

  • The rental and service companies a request goes to. From then on, their own privacy policies also apply.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site, counts visits and, on forms, can run Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it.
  • The service that receives the forms for us: Cloudflare.
  • The rental companies whose house photos appear on a page, such as Top Villas. The photos load from their servers, so your browser sends them your IP address and browser details, as with any site.
  • Google, only if you press Load map on a house page. The map then comes from Google, under its own privacy policy.

When you follow a link to a rental company or an affiliate network, that company’s privacy policy applies on its site.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and messages for 12 months, so we can follow up on them, and then delete them. Visit counts in Cloudflare Web Analytics aren’t linked to you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form. We’ll reply to the email you used, which is how we confirm the request is yours.

We don’t track you across other sites, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser doesn’t change anything here.

Changes

When what we collect or who receives it changes, we update this page and its date.
