How it works
- You tell us where, when and what you need.
- A company in that destination replies with what it can arrange and the price.
- You agree the details and pay that company directly.
What's included, and what isn't
- Concierge help is provided by the company that lists your house or by an independent provider. Gladori doesn’t provide it.
- Some houses include a house manager in the rent. Each listing says so under Staff and services.
- Restaurants, boats and drivers are paid separately. Ask the company how it handles tips.

It depends on the house. Each listing separates what’s included from what you can request.
Who provides the service?
The company that lists your house, or an independent provider in the destination. Gladori passes your request and doesn’t provide the service.
How much does it cost?
Companies quote per request, because the price depends on what you ask for and when. Ask for the quote before you agree.
