We have not visited Villa BDM. It is on Gladori for these reasons:
- Room for a big family: Few St. Barts homes sleep 18, and only a handful have more bedrooms.
- Calm water: St-Jean is a calm bay, with beach clubs and shops close to the sand.
- Rooms by level: Two king rooms with ocean views sit upstairs, three rooms on the main floor and two below.
Good to know
- The listing says beachfront, but OpenStreetMap puts the sand about 300 ft (90 m) from the map point.
- Five of the seven rooms have king beds, so the 18 only works with children in the bunks or friends sharing the queens.
